Scones
Ingredients: all-purpose flour, butter blend, sugar, whole eggs, buttermilk, pure vanilla extract., baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Although not your traditional English scone, this scone is more on the muffin side of sweetness & texture yielding to a delightful blend of fresh fruit, sweet butter and the tangy flavor of buttermilk. Great midday snack.
Sizes available: (1.5 oz.), (3 oz.), (6oz.) (minimum orders required).

  • Wild berry: blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries.
  • Apple raisin: red delicious & granny smith apples, cinnamon, dark raisins.
  • Apricot walnut: alternate layers of buttermilk scone, pure apricot jam, walnuts, and cinnamon. Looks like a large rugelach.
  • Blueberry: only blueberries & a touch of lemon added to this buttermilk scone recipe.

  • Sugar-free cranberry apple multi-grain: a mixture of rolled oats, wheat bran, whole wheat & all-purpose flours are blended with cranberries & apples to make a hearty dense scone. Sweetened with Stevia.

Danish
Using only the freshest ingredients, this danish recipe has proven over & over again that quality makes the difference. Starting with a fresh yeast mixture & egg yolks, just the right amount of pure butter is layered in the dough. I'm sure you'll agree after just one mouthful. We offer the following varieties:
Available in 1oz. for catering (minimum required), 3oz. for hotels (minimum required), and 5.5 oz. for retail stores.

  • Cinnamon: swirls & swirls of our cinnamon pastry cream intertwined with layers of danish dough. Sweet! Simple! delicious!.
  • Fruit (apple, blueberry, peach, cherry)
  • Cheese: a mixture of cream cheese & cottage cheese w/ golden raisins give this danish an excellent texture, flavor, and appearance - avail. In open pocket or closed.
  • Raspberry bear claw: pure raspberry jam is layered in the danish & topped with a streusel topping.
  • Apricot star: shaped like a star & filled with pure apricot jam.
  • Chocolate or cinnamon cigar: shaped like a cigar, the paper-thin dough is layered with chocolate or cinnamon & sugar, rolled, & sprinkled with either walnuts or more cinnamon & sugar.
  • Sticky Bun: cinnamon raisin danish topped with southern pecans drenched in a gooey chewy brown sugar and butter topping.
  • Strawberry or blueberry chesse: fresh strawberries or blueberries along with our cream-cheese filling are baked right into the danish dough.
  • Almond: almond paste filling is the center of attraction for this danish. Shaped into a bear claw and topped with crushed almonds, this is the danish for the almond lover.

Croissant
Butter is the key ingredient here and lots of it. Do not eat this product if you are watching your cholesterol.

  • Plain
  • Chocolate: chunks of semi-sweet chocolate, butter, and cream are blended to make an altogether must have under any circumstances chocolate croissant.
  • Almond: almond filling is rolled right into the croissant dough and topped with more filling before being baked.
