  • Carrot-apple: carrots, apples, raisins, cinnamon.

Dessert:

  • Banana-double berry: All-purpose flour, brown sugar, egg whites, banana puree, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Low-fat: Ingredients for bran muffins: wheat bran, skim milk, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, egg whites, honey, banana puree, brown sugar, molasses, soy oil, cinnamon, baking powder, pure vanilla extract, salt. These muffins contain less than 3gms-/fat per serving of a 3.5oz muffin. One muffin is about 6.5oz.

  • Blueberry-orange: made w/ blueberries & oranges.
  • Apple- cinnamon raisin made w/ red delicious apples, cinnamon, & California raisins.
  • Banana-pecan: made w/ bananas & pecans
